How to get perfect skin? (Benefit Cosmetics?)

I can take care of my skin, and is generally pretty clear, but I always pink nose and my eyelids. I use MAC foundation in NW15, but faded during the day, even if I put the powder on top. I was the Research benefits in testing cosmetics, and recently in a pharmacy near me got some of their products. I really just want to know how obtain the skin, even glowy … advice? Brand / product would be useful.
